07/12/05 — Gone Fishing
Taken at dusk on a pier in Morehead City, South Carolina. Because of the ocean and the overall humidity in the air, the light at this time of the evening was just incredible. Soft and diffuse. It made everything look pretty and I kind of wish I'd taken more pictures than I did. I'm really happy I got this one though. I think a bit less detail in the background might've improved things a little, but all in all, this is exactly the kind of shot I was hoping to get.
