I really need to get me a wide-angle lens that has the same level of sharpness as the EFS-50mm 1.8. Actually, I wouldn't mind a whole whack-load of sharp lenses but an 18mm prime is definitely something that's on my wish-list right now because that stock kit lens is starting to annoy me lately.

Goddamn photography. Why must you cost so much moneys?

Other things that I may or may not desperately need.

A reasonably priced scanner that won't annoy me to death with its inability to capture details in the shadow areas

That geared 3D Manfrotto tripod head cuz I want more precision than what I get with the 3-way one that I currently own

Some sort of camera that will give me shift/tilt/swing action without having to blow the bank on a large format setup

A light meter that I can rely on

Longer days
