11/14/06 — Je Me Souviens
I kind of wanted to do a series of photos showing ropes and knot work found in the silos, but got distracted by the usual things so this is all I have to show for it. I like taking pictures of tangled up thing. It allows me take a break from my usual style of shooting where I try to make things look a bit more flat and rigid looking. Taking pictures of tangled up stuff is the photographic equivalent of receiving a massage. It loosens me up a little.
