Despite the private property warnings, it's common to see kids riding dirt bikes up and down the hills of asbestos tailings. LAB Chrysotile claims the piles are harmless because, over time, a natural crust forms that prevents wind from blowing anything around. Of course, that natural crust is no match for a dirt bike which tend to kick up thick clouds of dust whenever they pass by.
